Humbada Chilli Sauce

Delivery and Shipping

Once you have placed your order online, we aim to process your order within the next business day. You will receive an email showing the expected delivery date and any tracking details associated with that delivery. The delivery carriers we use are Courier Please, Australia Post and our own in-house delivery personnel. We select the carrier on a case by case basis dependent on parcel size, delivery location and/or cost. By default, the delivery carriers will have authority to leave (ATL) our parcels, unless the customer has specified otherwise.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to get most orders delivered to you within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. In most cases, it’s much sooner.

How far will you deliver?

We deliver Australia wide.

Where’s my tracking details?

The only time we can’t provide tracking details is if we use Australia Post or our own in-house delivery driver. Courier Please, our preferred delivery carrier and one that we use for most of our deliveries, will always have tracking details attached to the order.

What does authority to leave (ATL) mean?

The delivery carrier is allowed to leave the parcel in a safe place at the recipient’s address without a signature. This means that the receiver doesn't have to arrange a redelivery or required collect the parcel from a local collection point.

I don’t want ATL. Where can I let you know this?

In the shopping cart page, there’s a comment box which you can use to detail special delivery instructions. We will do our best to follow these instructions.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, Lockers, Private Bag, etc?

Yes! Just make sure you select the $7 flat-rate shipping option.

My PO Box/Locker is within the local delivery range. Why do I still have to pay for delivery?

Free local delivery is provided by our own in-house delivery driver. However, with these special types of mailboxes, Australia Post is the only carrier permitted to deliver to them and why we can’t offer delivery discounts.

If we haven’t quite covered it all and you’re looking for more specific answers, feel free to contact us.
